Aradhana, I couldn't say anything much in the end......I was in tears, I still am. No one has been able to melt my world & make me aware to the point I start crying, except Dain in the Being You class last year. The last minutes that you spoke after the book were just what I am going through right now, & it opened up my awareness like how.....In fact the whole book was such a contribution, but how you summed it up, I have only gratitude, & nothing else. I truly truly want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for who you be, the energy you be, not only for yourself, but for everyone.....The kindness, the vulnerability, the care, the selflessness, the joy, the happiness of seeing the change in others, is something that I so admire about you. This is a book that was lying on my desk for over a year, & I travelled with it everywhere I went, but I never got past reading a few pages. I was meant to do it with you, now was the time, & I get that now. It's been 5 years I been listening to *ask your allowance to go beyond your awareness* and today I get it actually. 🤦♀️ I have been having this amazing fantasy about having a super aware life to live. Which any way I never got it. And yes I did always ofcourse till I didn't get married lived on my terms and my ways without making my anger wrong. Right and wrong never existed in my universe till I didn't allow my aunt to gaslight me with it. This energy can't put it in words, all I can say is I just loved hearing the words of Gary Douglas in my ears from global foundation. I am so happy after such a long time I now feel connected to myself. Though I don't do journaling yet, choosing this class shifted a lot for me. Thank you thank you thank you❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
